Ao contrário do prefeito de Araraquara, o petista Edinho Silva, que ofereceu um reajuste mixuruca para os servidores públicos municipais, Dona Graça mostrou que uma boa gestão dos recursos permite ao gestor valorizar o funcionalismo.
